Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double sofabed and 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm), shower. Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed. Gas heating. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. View of Port Grimaud. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at 500 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Shop 300 m, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach 1 km. Please note: private mooring, on request. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
