The flat is located in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, between Menton and Monaco. It faces south-west on the fourth floor of a building with lift in a quiet area.

The glass door from the living room opens onto the furnished balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast while admiring the view. The flat is complemented by a private sun terrace with views of the mountains and sea. In front of the building there is an enclosed communal swimming pool measuring approximately 25 x 10 m with a garden shower. There is a sunbathing area in front with parasols and sun loungers.

The 31 m² flat was renovated in 2013 and can accommodate four to five people. It has one bedroom with a triple bunk bed. The living room has a double sofa bed and a TV. A table and four chairs near the sofa serve as a dining area. The kitchen has a hob, mini-oven with microwave, fridge and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.

Shops, restaurants and public transport are all within 100 metres. Bus line 100 runs at moderate fares, for example, along the entire French Riviera as far as Nice and Cannes. This means you can put together a personalised programme of excursions. The beach is just 100 metres away. There is a launderette 400 m from the flat.

The flat does not offer internet access. However, there are Internet cafés nearby. There is also a washing machine.
