"Bungalow Leopoldau", 3-room bungalow 65 m2. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook. Exit to the garden. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, 1 wall-trunk bed, cable TV and international TV channels. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. Coal grill available in the garden: you have to bring your own fuel.

Bungalow "Leopoldau". In a secluded, quiet, sunny position, area with little traffic, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden 200 m2 (fenced). In the house: storage room for bicycles, air conditioning, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises, public car park at 2 km. Short-stay parking zone (fee), time: 09:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 600 m, bus stop "29A" 50 m, underground station "U1 Anderklaaerstrasse" 1.1 km, lake alte Donau 2.6 km. Nearby attractions: VetMedUni 1 km, Krankenhaus Nord 2.9 km. Please note: suitable for families. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic. Additional pallet stove in the kitchen: fuel is not included!
