Parque Santiago II is located directly on the beachfront promenade and close to the shopping district of Las Americas. All shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Use of the beautifully designed and heated saltwater pool is free of charge – ideal for families with children. The use of sun loungers is available for an additional fee.

The flat is located on the third floor and is equipped as follows:The large kitchen (cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. as well as sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils) is integrated into the living room. This is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs, a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. From the living room there is access to the furnished balcony with a view of the pool area and on the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. Between the bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine and bed linen and towels are also provided.
