Holiday home for 8 persons in the district of Es Fortí, not far from Cala Egos, Cala D'Or, Mallorca. The sandy cove of Caló des Pou is 450 metres away on foot and Cala Egos is 950 metres away. The centre of Cala d'Or is 3 km away and offers a pedestrian area with shops, cafés, pubs with live music and a variety of restaurants as well as a lively nightlife. The marina of Cala Dor is 1.3 km away. Here you can take a walk along the dock or visit a nice restaurant with a view of the yachts moored at the dock.

At the rear of the villa is a partially covered terrace with a brick barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. The front of the house is surrounded by lawns and offers a view of the sea.

Delfín de Oro is a spacious villa on two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, another lounge and a dining table next to the kitchen with breakfast bar. There are three bedrooms on this floor. One bedroom with a double bed and adjoining bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each, which share a central bathroom. Here you will find the 4th bedroom with two single beds and an en suite shower room. Furthermore, the upper floor offers a living room and a small kitchen area as well as a private terrace at the rear of the house. Partial sea view.

Three of the four bedrooms and the two living rooms have hot/cold air conditioning with fixed and limited usage times.
