Both bedrooms have air conditioning for added comfort. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. It is important to note that the upper floor of the villa is closed and uninhabited during the rental.Outside, the villa features a private 9x4 meter kidney-shaped swimming pool and an outside shower. There is also a covered area with a built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. In addition, we offer parking space for two vehicles on the same plot.The location of the villa is privileged, as it is a short distance from supermarkets and restaurants, approximately 650 meters away on foot. The old town of Calpe is 1 km away. The nearest sandy beach is about 1.2 km away, and the famous Arenal Bol beach is 1.6 km away.Importantly, we offer free WiFi so you can stay connected during your stay.
