Electric heating, boiler. Balcony 4 m2, north-west facing position. Panoramic view of the sea, the countryside and the port. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Dives-sur-Mer 2 km from Cabourg: Very comfortable residence "La Presqu'île", 6 storeys. In the district of Port Guillaume 800 m from the centre of Dives-sur-Mer, 3 km from the centre of Cabourg, 900 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular fenced (20 x 9 m, depth 40 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower. In the complex: lift, storage room for bicycles. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises.
