Exit to the balcony, west facing position. 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm, length 90 cm). 1 open room with sliding door east facing position and south facing position with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 1 m2, west facing position. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. 2 steps to access the living room / kitchen and second bedroom. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
