Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). 1 small room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 160 cm) with hip bath/WC. Small terrace 6 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 119. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
