Office with TV (flat screen). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, bath/shower, 2 sep. WC's. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 3 rooms, each room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Terrace 20 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (5 cars). Please note: smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The house is composed of a main part and an adjoining annex. Distribution of rooms: main house composed of 5 bedrooms (10 people) and annex composed of 3 bedrooms (4 people). The washing machine is installed in the annex. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
