Shower, sep. WC. Beautiful view of the canal. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage space n a droite. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
