Welcome to Casa Dom Armando, a studio apartment with vintage charm located on the first floor of an old building in a conservation area in the heart of Montpellier.

Just 3 minutes from Place de la Comédie, this flat is ideal for exploring the city while enjoying a peaceful setting.

At 30 m², this bright studio boasts high ceilings and elegant mouldings. The sleeping area has a comfortable 140 cm bed.
There is also a smart TV with all European and worldwide channels, including sports channels and Netflix, accessible via your account.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, all necessary utensils and fridge. The table in the living room can easily accommodate two people for your meals. Welcome gifts and everything you need for your first night will be provided.

The bathroom has a modern shower and vanity unit. We also provide towels, shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.

To access the flat, you will need to climb approximately fifteen steps. A secure garage is available on request and is located just 100 metres from the flat, with an automatic metal door. The garage is 197 cm wide, over 4.80 m deep and 2.20 m high. Suitable for almost any type of vehicle (except lorries :)
