Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 20 m2, south facing position, large garden 900 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (fenced 2 cars). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
