Villa Terra Creta – A Privileged Retreat Above Chania
Villa Terra Creta is a private year-round residence in a privileged setting above Chania, enjoying panoramic views over the town and its Venetian lighthouse, the Aegean Sea and the White Mountains.
Contemporary architecture, generous interiors and Mediterranean gardens create a refined and private environment for up to 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms. The Master Suite features its own lounge, study and private outdoor areas, while the remaining bedrooms are arranged across the different levels of the residence to offer guests comfort and privacy.
Outdoors, the infinity pool is surrounded by terraces, shaded lounges and areas for al fresco dining, complemented by an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and a traditional wood-fired oven.
Inside, guests have access to spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, gym, hammam and sauna, as well as a multipurpose lower-ground room suitable for entertainment and family use.
Daily housekeeping is included except Sundays. Private chef and concierge services, transfers, wellness treatments and curated experiences can be arranged on request.
Villa Terra Creta is located next to the historic Venizelos Graves, approximately 10 minutes from Chania Old Town and Venetian Harbour and Chania International Airport, with shops and restaurants within approximately 5–10 minutes and the nearest beaches approximately 10–15 minutes away.

King bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, private lounge, study/office, safe and private balcony with sea views. Bathroom with double shower. Private plunge pool with hydromassage.
Twin Room – First Floor
Two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom with bathtub features.
Family Suite – Upper Ground Floor
Queen bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom, private living area with convertible sofa, office desk and direct access to the pool area.
Double A – Lower Ground Floor
Queen bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom.
Double B – Lower Ground Floor
Queen bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom.
There is also a separate Studio on the lower-ground level, available on request, with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette.
