Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Forced-air heating. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. 1 room with 2 beds, shower/WC and 1 room with 2 beds are 3 steps above the living/dining room.

Semi-detached house "Hacienda". 2 km from the centre of Tinjan, 20 km from the centre of Poreč, 30 km from the centre of Pula, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 15'000 m2 with lawn and trees. Private: property 4'000 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking on the premises.
