In the outdoor area, guests can enjoy a 32 m² saltwater infinity pool, a covered summer kitchen with a gas barbecue, a dining table with chairs and a spacious sun terrace with elegant canopy sun loungers. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there is also table tennis, darts and a children's playground on the lawn. In the courtyard of the house, there are two parking spaces available.

Villa Belsole extends over two air-conditioned floors with a total living area of 200 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The ground floor features a modern living room with a fireplace and direct access to the pool and outdoor area, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and WC.

On the first floor, this beautiful villa offers three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to a terrace with a cistern, sun loungers and magnificent panoramic views. The terrace is connected to the pool area by a staircase.
