This modern house with pool is located in a quiet suburb of the city of Rovinj, only 2500 meters from the town center and beaches. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, a big living room with a sleeping couch for 1 more person, a big  kitchen, 2 bathrooms/ toilets, 1 x toilets and a hall and is equipped with 1x SAT-TV, 2 x air conditioning, terrace of 24 m and pool 24 m2. The covered terrace is equipped with table and chairs. Beside the swimming pool is a carport with table and chairs and barbecue. The lounger chairs are available around the pool, where you can enjoy the sun or the shade in relaxed atmosphere. In the yard you have parking for two cars. The house is ideal for families with kids and can accommodate a total of 8 people on basic beds and 1 person on the couch in the living room.Rovinj is located on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula.
