This beautiful villa, located on an 11,000 m² estate, is situated in the charming village of Kanfanar, just 18 km from Rovinj. Villa Deni offers accommodation for up to 5 people, providing exceptional privacy and comfort. A special advantage of the villa is its seclusion, with no neighbors nearby, while restaurants, shops, and the village center are only 2 to 3 kilometers away.

The house consists of an air-conditioned living room, a kitchen, and a dining area that opens onto an outdoor pool. There are two bedrooms with double beds and TVs. An additional 5th person can sleep on a pull-out sofa. There is one large bathroom with a double sink and a washing machine, plus an additional guest toilet. The house has a total of 3 air conditioning units.

The outdoor area offers a large plot with a 32 m² pool, four loungers, and a parasol. There is a covered outdoor dining area where you can barbecue with family and friends. Two bicycles are available for exploring the surroundings, and for children, there is a swing and a slide. Private parking for your cars is also provided.
