This big, very light and open apartment is on the second floor of the villa and its 100m² can accommodate four people. The holiday apartment has a modern and tasteful décor. It has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and two further people can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. The open living and dining room has a dining table and an open, modern kitchen, which is fully-equipped with a ceramic hob, a raised oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The living room has a big window front opening onto the balcony. The bathroom has a corner bath, shower, WC and washbasin, as well as a big cupboard. Each room has heating. The air conditioning unit is in the living room, which is open.
The outdoor area has a big, roofed balcony with garden furniture and an awning, as well as a wonderful panoramic view towards the sea.
