A wonderful brand new holiday villa for 12 people in the quiet village of Valbandon, only 1500m from the beach.
This splendid villa boasts six tastefully appointed bedrooms, offering ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. The villa consists of 2 buildings. In the first building there are 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchenettes and a small living room. In the second building there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area. Each bedroom has air conditioning, private bathroom and TV.
The total enclosed parcel area is 1350m2. In this spacious yard you will find a private 47m2 pool with 12 deck chairs, next to the pool there is a barbecue where you can prepare fine fresh fish, meat or various vegetables. Among the activities, you can play table tennis and table football, and the youngest can jump on the trampoline. The pool has the possibility of heating ( not possible in July and August )

Groups and groups of young people, parties and any events are not allowed!!

Outdoor: enclosed garden, private swimming pool 47m2, covered outdoor terrace with garden furniture, 12 sunbeds and 3 sun umbrellas by the swimming pool, grill and outdoor kitchenette, outdoor shower, private parking, table tennis, table football and trampoline.

Facilities: heated pool, 8 x air condition, Wi-Fi Internet, SAT-TV, private parking, iron and ironing board, 2 x washing machine, 2 x baby cot, high chair...

Bed linen and towels are changed once a week

Swimming pool heating is free (except in the July and August)
