Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher.

The property has security cameras overlooking the backyard. Upon request, the cameras can be covered during your stay. Terraced house "Monte Serpo", semi-detached, built in 2026. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), garden 400 m2, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01. Apr. - 31. Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, parking (for 5 cars) on the premises.
