We warmly welcome you to our new holiday home, La Perla, beautifully decorated with style and love. This two-story villa is perfect for a relaxing family vacation with your children.

The property features 4 well-equipped bedrooms, each with air conditioning, TV, and a private bathroom, accommodating up to 8 people. On the second floor, you'll find a spacious and cozy terrace with a view of the city of Pula. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and sofa, a dining area, a laundry room, a beautifully furnished bedroom, and a bathroom. The interior design is kept in simple elegance. From the living area, you have direct access to the outdoor space, where you'll find a covered dining terrace with a charcoal grill for relaxed barbecue evenings.

Cool off in the swimming pool and relax on the sun loungers. A playground and a trampoline are available for our little guests. Parking is provided on the private property. We are delighted to welcome you as one of our first guests in our holiday home.
