Villa Teo is located in the quiet village of Loborika, near Pula, and is suitable for up to 4+1 guests. It’s ideal for a small family or two couples looking for a peaceful holiday with good access to surrounding areas. The nearest markets and restaurants are approximately 1 km away.

The villa is modern and functional. Inside, there is a living room with access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which can be separated into two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning, and TV. An additional guest can sleep on the pull-out sofa.

Outside, you'll find a private pool, a small slide for children, a dining table, and a gas grill. Free WiFi and up to four private parking spaces are also available.

Important note: Next to Villa Teo, on the other side of the shared wall, there is the identical Villa Mia, which can be rented together on request. The price is the same as for Villa Teo – ideal for larger groups who want to stay close but still enjoy their own privacy.
