This spacious, luxuriously equipped, and exclusive villa is located in a rural area, just a few minutes' drive from Pula and about 3 km from the sea. It offers everything for a relaxing and active vacation without leaving the villa. For your private use, there is a basketball court, a children's playground, table tennis, billiards, fitness equipment, darts, table football, a whirlpool, and a sauna.

The covered and well-equipped summer kitchen with barbecue facilities and a large dining area directly by the private pool, complete with high-quality sun loungers and garden furniture, leaves nothing to be desired and completes your unforgettable dream vacation.

The property accommodates up to 18 people and is therefore very suitable for vacations with several families or friends. The holiday home consists of 2 floors and a separate guest house. The interior is filled with carefully selected pieces of furniture and meticulously chosen details. It is air-conditioned and can be rented in its entirety. Private parking spaces are available.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We wish you a relaxing and active vacation at Villa Istrakamen.
