Villa Zara is located in the tourist resort of Medulin. Thanks to the location of the modern villa, you are well hidden from large crowds of tourists and on the other hand, everything is within reach. The air-conditioned property is equipped, among other things, with 10 comfortable double beds/bedrooms and 4 single beds, divided over 2 floors, which are connected by an outside staircase. A billiard room is available on the first floor.On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to the sensational outdoor area with 2 swimming pools, one of which is also a heated whirlpool. Surrounded by meter-high palm trees are also the exclusive gate furniture, including shaded sunbeds, sun loungers, dining area and an outdoor barbecue/GRILL.
