The building is situated in an attractive location, only 300m from the touristic center of Medulin. Sandy beach is distant 10 minutes by foot. It offers two spacious apartments for renting; each with air condition, TV/SAT and free WiFi. There is also a barbecue in courtyard, available to all the guests. Pets are not allowed.
This first floor apartment can accommodate 6-7 people. With its 100 m² size, apartment offers: three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and terrace. Kitchen is equipped to highest standards and has: fridge with freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and water boiler. Guests also have washing machine, SAT/TV and WiFi. Bed sheets and towels are included in price. Air conditioning is in the living room and in the hallway. Parking is in front of the building. Pets are not allowed.
