This lovely detached holiday house is close to the beach, in a tranquil zone setting along a not-often used road in the town of Medulin in the region Istria, Croatia...

The holiday house is suitable for up to 10 people. The house has four bedrooms. The living room has a sofa bed for 2persons. In-room amenities include a smart TV, SAT, internet, air conditioner and two fully equipped kitchens with stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and a coffee maker. The accommodation has four bathrooms and a washing machine. Outside there is a terrace, a balcony and a roof terrace.

- The ground floor consists of the living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, slicer, coffee maker), bedroom, a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is also a smart TV, internet radio, Wi-Fi, an air conditioner and a safe available.
