The living space is divided as follows: a spacious entrance hall, a living/dining room with sofa, dining table and TV, a modern kitchen equipped with electric cooker, refrigerator and microwave, two bedrooms with double beds (bed size: 180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. A cot is available on request. In the corridor there is an air-conditioning unit that cools the entire flat.
The flat is also equipped with free wireless internet access, a washing machine and a hoover.
The flat also has two terraces with garden furniture. You can easily park your car in the large courtyard. The beautiful communal garden is equipped with children's games and a brick barbecue.
The beach and the port are about 200-300 metres from the house. The post office, various restaurants and bars, doctors, shops and a tennis court are within a five-minute walk. Medulin is located on the southern tip of Istria. The area has a long coastline and is surrounded by a chain of small islands. Today Medulin is a well-known tourist centre with an adequate infrastructure.
The owner lives in the same house. He has two other holiday flats, each for 4 persons, a few steps away.
