The property is suitable for two adults and two children up to 14 years of age.

The swimming pool is heated and equipped with an automatic salt-based disinfection system. The pool is open and heated from 1 April to 30 October. It may also be available outside this period upon prior arrangement.

The pool temperature depends on weather conditions. Unusually cold weather may affect the efficiency of the heat pump used to heat the pool. In general, the temperature is maintained between 26°C and 28°C.

The pool is cleaned twice a week by a professional company.

House rules require quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Pets are welcome (€15 per pet per day). Dogs must not be left unattended in the villa. They are not allowed on sofas or beds, nor may they use the villa's blankets or bedding. Pets are not permitted to enter the swimming pool.
