This well-kept holiday home is in an excellent location in the charming town of Crikvenica, just 80 meters from the center and 100 meters from the nearest beach. Here you can enjoy the comfort of a well-equipped accommodation with plenty of space and ideal proximity to all amenities.The house extends over two floors and also offers a separate small house that can be used as a cozy lounge. The outdoor area is lovingly designed and has two terraces, a small garden, a charcoal grill and a private parking space on the property.Four air conditioning units in the house ensure pleasant temperatures, especially in the warm summer months. During the high season, the use of the air conditioning units is free of charge, in the pre- and post-season there is a fee of 7 euros per air conditioning unit per day, if all are used this is 28 euros per day.The accommodation allows pets, which makes it ideal for animal lovers. Other amenities include a washing machine and Wi-Fi internet, so you are well equipped during your vacation.On the ground floor there is a dining room with a kitchen in the same room, a living room, and a bathroom.
