It has a cozy living room, a superbly equipped kitchen with an inviting dining table, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. The highlight of the apartment is the beautiful terrace with a grill, which invites you to spend relaxing evenings outdoors.Despite the central location, you benefit from your own parking space in a garage, which is available free of charge. Please note that the garage is only suitable for smaller vehicles (e.g. Peugeot 206). For longer vehicles, the garage door remains open and a second vehicle can be parked in front of the garage.The apartment offers a pleasant room temperature even on hot days and is therefore not equipped with air conditioning. For cooler days, heating is available, which can be used for a fee of 5.00 euros per day. Wi-Fi internet and a washing machine are also available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
