The 30 m² holiday flat for 2 people is located on the first floor of the house. In the mo

flat has a bedroom, a bathroom and a living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living area.

The holiday accommodation is equipped with WLAN Internet, satellite TV and air conditioning. You can use the washing machine by arrangement with your host for a fee.

Outside, the terrace of the flat invites you to linger. The outdoor seating area is equipped with seating furniture and parasol. Furthermore, the large, well-tended garden is available to you and all guests of the house. There is also a large covered terrace with sea views and barbecue facilities, which can also be used by all guests.

The centre of Crikvenica with shopping facilities and restaurants is only a 10-minute walk away. The sea and beaches, such as Lucica beach or Kastell beach, can also be reached on foot within 10 minutes. The popular sandy beach Crni Mol is about 900 metres from the house.
