If you would like to spend your holiday by the sea, then this is the right place for you. On the island of Vir, in Lucica, you can find everything you need on holiday – summer, sun and crystal clear water. The ground-level house was renovated in 2015 and is just 100 metres from the beach.

Outside there is a grill area with a sitting area in the shade of a pergola with grape vines. There is also a big terrace with garden furniture, loungers and a parasol, as well as an outdoor shower available for common use. You can park your car on the enclosed site.

The cosy 80m² house can accommodate six people. It has two bedrooms with double beds (180cm wide). The spacious living room has a comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed for two children and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer and has a dining corner with space for six people. The adjacent bathroom has a shower and WC. There is also a separate dining room for six people. The house has air conditioning, which is in the living room and is also directed towards the two bedrooms.

If you want to spend a family holiday with more persons, it is possible to rent the house together with the attic flat. There is no internet access in the house, but in the center of Vir there is an internet café. Directly next to the beach bar you can find a pool table where everybody can play.
