The guestroom is located on the first floor of the apartment house in a very quiet area which is excellent if you enjoy peaceful and relaxing environment. It is close to shops, restaurants, coffee bars and city beaches. Old town center is only 10 minutes away by car/bus. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.

Large terrace in front of the room is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and a two garden loungers. Garden terrace and barbecue in the yard are shared facilities. The car is recommended but not necessary. Private parking available.

The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a nice big bed for two (160x200) with memory foam mattress, private bathroom with shower, flat TV with satellite programs. There is no kitchen but the room has a mini fridge, kettle, microwave, dishes and cups, and a small dining area. Also features a free WiFi and air condition unit.

Several city beaches are 900 to 1000 m away. Nearby are pharmacy, doctor, dentist, travel agency (bike/car/scooter rent, excursions),restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shops.
Local buses (lines no. 5 or 8) run regularly every 20 minutes towards old town center. There is a few cheap taxi services.
