If you would like to relax in peace and quiet and recharge your batteries, then this stone house is just the right place for you. The house enjoys a quiet location in a little Mediterranean village, surrounded by original Mediterranean colours and fragrances, but is nevertheless Modern with a hint of luxury.

The most beautiful part of the house is the outdoor area. The house opens directly onto a shaded interior courtyard with a dining table and a grill and many types of plants typical of the Mediterranean region. The outdoor area also has two terraces with a beautiful sea view. The highlight of the house is pool of around 15m² with an outdoor shower and deckchairs. Parking spaces are available.

The renovation of the 50m² house was carried out in a "one-volume style", in order to make it as big, modern and comfortable as possible. It is basically one big room with a gallery that has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. Below there is a relatively big bathroom with a shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. There is a cooking niche integrated into the living room with many appliances (fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine…), a full set of crockery, and a dining table with chairs. The living room also provides a fold-out double sofa bed (200 x 160cm) and, if required, a supplementary bed can be provided. The house is best suited to a family or a smaller group of four or a maximum of five guests.

It is a 15-20-minute walk to the beautiful pebbled beach, which has some lovely cafés and restaurants. You will feel comfortable here, whether you spend your whole holiday in and around this house, or use it as a starting point for trips around the whole island or to other places in Dalmatia.

A TV, air conditioning and free wireless Internet access are available. All the windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens.
