This detached Dalmatian villa enjoys an ideal quiet location and offers all the necessary comfort. It is on a slope and affords a breathtaking view towards the sea and the surroundings. It is quietly sitated on a side street with little traffic, in the Mala Iozna area. The beach of the same name is only 120 metres away.
The outdoor area on the ground floor includes a roofed terrace of around 30m² with an outdoor grill and seating for 10 people, a further sitting corner in front of the fireplace room and a beautiful sunny terrace with a pool and outdoor shower (solar). It has garden furniture and six deckchairs. The first floor has a balcony with a view towards the sea and the pool. There is a range of seating on the terraces and cascading flower beds in a Dalmatian style, as well as a further outdoor grill. Two car parking spaces are available.
The ground floor offers an apartment of around 46m² with a bedroom (double bed), a shower room with a WC, a living room with a cooking niche, a pull-out sofa bed for one person and an CD TV, and a fireplace room (ca. 30m²) next door with an open fireplace and a dining space for 12 people, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment).
The first floor offers an apartment of around 50m² with a bedroom (double bed 160cm wide), a bathroom with a shower (underfloor heating), a fully-equipped kitchen (electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, dishwasher), a living room (leather suite with pull-out sofa, LCD TV, stereo system, DVD player, satellite TV and air conditioning).
There is a further 60m2 apartment with a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, LCD TV, stereo system, satellite receiver, DVD player), a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a fully-equipped kitchen. This apartment also has its own air conditioning.
Postira is only 10km from the Supetar ferry port on the island Brac. The ferry to Supetar crosses at least 7 times a day in winter and more than 15 times in summer. The island has a good infrastructure. The locality itself has several supermarkets, shops, a post office, medical service, several restaurants and cafes. By the Mala Lozna pebbled beach just 120 metres away there is a café with meals. There is a sandy beach about 3km away and there is also a rocky beach nearby.
You can go mountain biking or cycling in the area, diving, hiking, play tennis, windsurfing, boccia, jet-skiing, visit historical sights, enjoy water sports or go on a boat trip.
