This charming studio apartment is in a house that is located on a hillside, close to the old city of Dubrovnik and the sea.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. Please contact our Customer Service if it contains any gaps.

The big terrace is equipped with garden furniture and sunshade. It is partly covered .

The studio apartment is on the 2nd floor of the detached house. It is about 35 m² in size and comprises of the following: sleeping area with a double bed and cabinet, a living room area with a flatscreen TV and a sofa. There is also a small kitchen with an electric stove, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as bathroom with a shower. Studio is south facing with panoramic view over sea from all areas.

The beach is about 400 metres away.. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 600 metres away.
