This residence is located in a green, quiet and panoramic area not far from the sea.Apartment in residence with two swimming pools, private outdoor parking, playground, gym, shuttle service and possibility to participate in excursions to discover the villages of the Western and eastern Ligurian Riviera

The apartment of about 45 square meters is a comfortable two-room apartment consists of kitchenette with large living-dining room with pull-out and pull-out sofa for 2 people, a double bedroom and an additional single bed. Large bathroom with tub and shower, utility room, corridor. The apartment has air conditioning on consumption to be paid according to the kiloatt

It can be reached by elevator and then descending about 10 steps since intermediate floor. The apartment is on the first floor or on the top floor. It can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, including children of any age who are occupant and are considered in the maximum number of people allowed. The Bab bed is to be requested at the time of booking and to be paid on site. Linen is not provided. The cot always replaces a present bed even if the cot is brought by the customer. We do not accept additional people beyond those allowed.

Outside the apartment has a long balcony with two deckchairs, table with two chairs, sunny in the morning and cool in the afternoon, has a view of children's games and internal garden.
Midweek cleaning for a fee and at the request of the customer are not available. Use of two swimming pools - 1 for adults and 1 for children with parasols, deckchairs and sun loungers rotating by the pools and subject to availability (equipped with bathing cap and own towels). The residence has two swimming pools, one for children, equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs (rotating and subject to availability), a large furnished patio, ping pong table and bar. Their opening will be from May 23 to September 19, 2026 (depending on the weather). In addition you will find in the residence small library, children's games, gym, private outdoor parking (one place per apartment) unguarded, laundry-ironing, garage (for a fee), a pair of rental bicycles, Fi In July and August the residence organizes some entertainment for children. The free beach is approx. 800 mt. Nearby and within walking distance there is a large LIDL Supermarket (400 mt) from the property. Private shuttle service from Monday to Friday at fixed times for the return from the beach. The service is not active one The staff of the Residence can propose different excursions to discover the villages of the Western and eastern Ligurian Riviera. There are many trips that can be done by sailing boat, for the sighting of the cetaceans of the Ligurian Sea, many excursions to know the outdoor of the Riviera and the villages overlooking the sea. The Residence is 3 km from the motorway exit of Pietra Ligure and about 850 meters. from the Train Station.
