This modern and colourful two-bedroom apartment is located in a nice corner of the Cannaregio district, Corte Zappa, a few steps away from the lively Jewish Ghetto. The neighbourhood remains one of the most authentic in Venice, with an atmosphere almost untouched by time, where you can lose yourself in romantic strolls along the canals admiring monuments still little known to mass tourism, such as the beautiful church of Sant'Alvise (with its splendid frescoed ceiling) or the Madonna dell'Orto. You will easily find pretty food shops, inns and restaurants of various kinds, with outdoor tables on the fondamente (streets along the canals). Other interesting and little-known places to visit are the Wilmotte Foundation and the Library of Colours at the Orsoni Mosaic workshop. If you continue towards Rialto (a walk of about 20 minutes), you will find the famous Ca' d'Oro and the beautiful Jesuit church on your route.
