An independent, beautifully renovated and well-positioned flat in the heart of Catania's historical centre, opposite Castello Ursino, an ancient fortress built by Frederick II of Swabia. Today the whole area is completely redeveloped, the heart of Catania life and the city's gastronomic centre. From here you can set off on your Sicilian culinary tour.

The flat consists of a living room with sofa bed and dining table and a kitchen. On the same level you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom and a storage room. The rooms are well furnished and decorated. From the kitchen and the bedroom there is access to a cosy balcony with table and chairs, outbuilding and laundry room. Upstairs there is another terrace with greenery, chairs, tables and umbrellas. Perfect for an afternoon break or dinner. The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay: bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, iron with ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas cooker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and gas, hairdryer.

Within walking distance of the cathedral, you can easily reach the most interesting and symbolic places of the city, its culture and architecture. A few metres away are the historic fish market, the museum, the Benedictine monastery, the cathedral, the Etnea (the city's main street and meeting place), the Greek amphitheatre and the Odeon, the Vincenzo Bellini opera house.

In the evening, the square around the Ursino Castle fills up with typical restaurants at good prices. From here you can certainly enjoy the city and its attractions. Free and easy parking in the area.
