Beautiful house, renovated in 2019, surrounded by a forest of 25,000 sqm but at the same time not isolated and extremely prestigious. The villa has a beautiful pool area with the characteristic lava stone from which a waterfall gushes out. The view of Mount Etna is wonderful. The villa is about 2 kilometres from the centre of Trecastagni, one of the most famous and refined towns in the area.

The interior consists of three bedrooms with three bathrooms, a huge living room with different corners: kitchen, fitness, library, television. Large windows overlook the swimming pool and the panorama of Catania. The living room leads to the relaxation area, with a large Jacuzzi overlooking the outdoor pool below. A romantic gate leads to the wood, where there is also a barbecue area for the exclusive use of guests. An oasis of peace and luxury awaits you. Bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (3): one double bedroom on the ground floor; one twin bedroom on the mezzanine floor; one double bedroom on the mezzanine floor with en-suite bathroom (shower); one bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Note: Electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 250 per week. Beyond this limit, it will have a cost specified in the additional costs. The indoor swimming pool, in the small SPA room, is always full and available to guests. if you wish to have it heated.

Outside, there is a beautiful pool area, equipped with sun loungers, tables, a kiosk-bar and a wonderful forest of over two hectares in which you can venture out and take unforgettable walks and enjoy nature and fresh, clean air.

Nearest market: 3 km - Nearest restaurant: 3 km - Nearest square (or centre): 3 km Trecastagni is one of the most beautiful towns in the Etna park, renowned for its aristocratic architecture. Piazza Marconi is the heart of the town where you can spend pleasant moments. Through the characteristic narrow alleys, take a walk to the mother church of San Nicola, where you can enjoy a splendid view of the Ionian coast. We are in the eastern part of Sicily, and two masterpieces dominate the landscape: the sea and the volcano Etna, united by something greater than themselves: the blue Sicilian sky! The Etna Park (Unesco), with its inactive volcanoes (Etna's children), caves, forests and lava terrain .... lasts 10 km. We recommend that you enjoy a tour of Etna. Catania, with its beautiful Via Etnea and open-air markets, is 15 km away. La Playa (beaches) is 20 km away. I recommend visiting Acitrezza and Acicastello (12 km), fishing villages where the lava flow has painted a castle and basalt giants (faraglioni). Taormina, the pearl of Sicily, is about 40 km away: it is a magical place with the beautiful Isolabella and its narrow streets full of history, a sort of vintage and fashionable atmosphere: cool! Syracuse (Unesco), with its Greek masterpieces, is about 60 km away. Another tip is a visit to Pantalica (Unesco), with its more than 3000 rock-cut tombs, a river, a forest and a kind of mystery all around. At a glance: Acireale (baroque style, 10 km), Savoca (spot in the film The Godfather, 40 km), Brucoli (sea, 50 km), Megara Ibla (archaeology, 40 km), Randazzo (40 km), Giardini Naxos (sea, 30 km), Cavagrande del Cassibile (nature, 60 km). Time to eat something and my advice is not to miss the Pasta alla Norma and to have, at least once, a typical Sicilian breakfast: granita and brioche! And, of course, fish, fish, fish..... and visit the open-air fish markets (Riposto, Acitrezza, Catania).
