Cable TV also available.Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city center and surroundings, with several public transports nearby including metro and bus.The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed each, accommodating up to 4 people. It has two full bathrooms.The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen products, hair dryer, iron, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner and washing machine.Both the bed linen and the towels are sanitized by a professional laundry and are included, in addition to the shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.On-site check-in from 3pm to 2am. Please note that there is a late check-in fee from 8pm of €30 payable on arrival.All guests must provide their identification documents in a timely manner, and must complete the online check-in on our system to have access to the property. A security deposit may be requested, this amount will be shown before completing your booking.Parties, any kind of noise or disturbance in the neighborhood are completely prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy for any kind of noise complaints.
