Cable TV is also available.Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city center and surroundings, with several public transport nearby including metro and bus.The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed for a guest in the living room, with capacity for 3 people.The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, oven and dishwasher.Both bed linen and towels are sanitized by a professional launderette and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.Personal check-in from 3 pm to 2 am. Please note that there is a late check in fee from 8pm of €30 payable on arrivalAll guests must provide us with their identification documents in due time.Parties, or any type of noise or disturbance in the building or inside the accommodation are completely prohibited.
