DescriptionEnjoy your well-deserved holiday and visit the city of Porto by staying in our fully equipped apartment with a balcony in Vila Nova de Gaia. With transport at the door and a supermarket right in front of the buildingFast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre and surroundings, with various public transports nearby including metro and bus.The fan is provided for hot summer days, as well as the electric radiator to warm you up during your stay.The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed for two people, a bedroom with two single beds and another room with a bunk bed for two, which gives capacity to accommodate 6 people.The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and washing machine.Both bed linen and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.In-person check-in from 3 PM to 12 AM. Please note that there is a late check-in fee of €30 from 8 PM, payable upon arrival.Smoking is only permitted outside the property. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay longer than 20 nights we will send the current readings and make the readings on the day of your check out.Make sure you have placed the correct number of guests in your booking and/or request a change to the correct number of guests before your check-in. We may refuse the stay or charge additional fees if the actual number of guests is higher than what is stated in your booking.We are always available to make your holidays in Porto as comfortable and unforgettable as possible.
