The area is surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarket, all types of commerce and all tourist spots.The apartment has the Alexa system built into the ceiling of the bedroom and living room.Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and located in the heart of the city.Air conditioning is a plus for hot summer days, as well as to warm you up during your stay.The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed for two people and a sofa bed in the living room for a guest, which provides capacity to accommodate 3 people.The apartment is completely equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine.Both bedding and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.In-person check-in from 3 PM to 12 AM. Please note that there is a late check-in fee of €30 from 8 PM, payable upon arrival.Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco or smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay longer than 20 nights we will send the current readings and make the readings on the day of your check out.Make sure you have placed the correct number of guests in your booking and/or request a change to the correct number of guests before your check-in.
