Third floor without lift.The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.Both bed linen and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and included, along with shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, and napkins are provided for the first days.Easy and relaxed check-in with digital codes, from 3 pm to 4 am, with no costs for late arrivals.All guests must provide their identification documents in advance and must complete online check-in in our own system to have access to the property.Parties or any type of noise or disturbance in the building are completely forbidden. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any noise complaints from other tenants.
